Responsibilities & Qualifications:


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that align with the company's 2023 marketing development goals and objectives.
  • Use the latest design software to create cutting-edge marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital content.
  • Assist with communications and content generation on TekSynap's social media accounts. This includes participating in bi-weekly strategy discussions with social media consultants.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and emerging trends.
  • Analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns using advanced analytics tools and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in executing sales enablement requirements for industry events and campaigns.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, with a major in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
