Description:

• Preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Preparing Board decks (with management reporting/FPA analysis etc.).
• Leading process/ERP improvements.
• Systems (ERP) integration- JOB BOSS and IQMS experience preferred.
• Understand process gaps/weaknesses and bridge them through the ERP system.
• Coordination with subsidiary personnel on a consistent basis including visits to Minneapolis.
• “Roll up sleeves” mentality and strong EQ to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Manufacturing standards – Improve costing and variance analysis etc.
• Reconciliation of general ledger accounts with sub ledgers
• Reporting of KPI’s and address variances
• Preparing detail FP&A reporting on Company performance
• Any additional duties given by CFO.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of success in financial management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in accounting, finance or related field.
• Manufacturing experience – job shop and medtech experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Significant experience with multi-company consolidations.
• High proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel & PowerPoint) – A MUST and other Office/ERP programs.
• Strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner, willing to take the lead and work independently with little supervision.
