Irregular hours and weekend support may be required to meet customer requirements.

• Define and deploy common tooled-up practices to improve our Software development and associated maintenance
• Automate Jira workflows to improve efficiency
• Help to create Automation Test for IFE functionality.
• Run Jenkins builds and collect static code analysis in SonarQube dashboards
• Improve release cycle time by automating tasks and developing new tools

• Pursing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline from a four-year college/university
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiar with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment and Software Configuration Management (and release management) on large-complex systems.
• Familiar with Git and Software Versioning System and automated Build Systems like Jenkins to build as efficiently and possible and improve teams productivity.
• Knowledge and experience in scripting and high-level programing languages like Bash, Python, C, C++ and Java
• Good understanding of the Configuration Management process.
• Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) environment
• JIRA knowledge to support software problem tracking.
• Jenkins/Bamboo knowledge will be a plus
• Be organized, able to take instructions, work in a time sensitive environment, and be able to solve problems independently or/and under limited supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self –motivated, critical thinker with technical background
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams with members of other engineering and non-engineering teams

The anticipated TTC range f or this role is $18-20/hr. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
