ASAP Solutions, an Innova Company is hiring for a Front end Developer for a client in Boston on a direct hire basis. Must be available to be in the office on a hybrid schedule in the South Boston Waterfront area. Local candidates preferred. If interested, please submit your resume for immediate consideration.

As a UI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding and managing company applications web interfaces. You will work closely with the operations and tech team to develop new and innovative solutions for the next generation of our company's tools. We currently have apps that need to be redesigned and converted to our new modern Angular front end. This position is for creative self starters who have a passion for design.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our web applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
• Implement and maintain front-end code for internal tools, ensuring high performance and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot and fix UI issues and bugs as they arise.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, such as accessibility standards and responsive design, to continuously improve the user experience.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions

Requirements:

• Exemplary design and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of engineering excellence at scale
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience creating user-centered interfaces
• 4+ years of experience in building on web technologies and frameworks (JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML / CSS / AngularJS / ReactJS / VueJS)
• Experience with web fundamentals, application performance analysis and improvement
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, share and improve
• Proven track record as a strong independent performer with significant direct technical contribution
• Will apply modern UI design principles and ensure the best experience across all applications in the suite
• Hands on experience in delivering web experience on a variety of form factors e.g. tablets, phones, etc.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $90K - $110K

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
