Job Description
Title: Seafood Dispatcher
Classification: Non-Exempt
Seafood Dispatcher provides prompt and courteous service to our customers; filling their orders for various meat, seafood, and cremeria. Will stock and clean the department to meet the goals of the department.
Must exhibit a responsible, professional, and positive attitude towards the job.
Previous experience in a meat department or a willingness to learn.
Must be able to work in refrigerated coolers and around humidity for short periods of time.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to transfer to other locations within a reasonable commute of home store.
Must be able to provide proof of employment eligibility in the US.
Ability to learn the different types of meat, seafood and cremeria products.
Ability to learn codes for meat, seafood, and cremeria products.
Must be able to effectively work in a fast pace, and crowded environment; a sense of urgency
Basic understanding of English language.
