Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk in customers
  • Follow up with online inquiries about vehicles on the lot by reaching out by phone, text, and email
  • Schedule in store appointments to view and test drive vehicles
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their wants and needs
  • Be knowledgeable of the vehicles available for sale to provide alternate options
  • Provide list of optional products available for customers to purchase
  • Consistently meet established sales goals metrics
  • Partner with the Sales Management team for training and learning opportunities
  • Additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Customer satisfaction driven
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Technologically savvy with computers

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to operate a vehicle
  • Ability to sit for 2- 4 hours
  • Ability to stand and walk for 4 - 6 hours
  • Visual acuity to read and type for 2 - 6 hours
  • Simple grasping and fine manipulation to sort through papers for 2 - 4 hours
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds unassisted

Work Environment:

  • Both in and outdoors in all seasons and types of weather
  • Frequently in and out of vehicles

Schedule:

  • 5 day work week
  • Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
  • Operating hours of the store
