Job summary

You will report directly to the Head of the Wholesale Lending Services Business Operations team. Specific focus will be working with senior leaders to help structure and create critical management presentations, sharing the organizational vision, progress against that vision and the challenges ahead in a clear and compelling way. You will also be integral in working across the product owner and technology teams in helping synthesize the strategy behind significant investment asks and coordinating across those teams to provide summary level updates as to the progress across a multi-year transformational journey.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead, organize and provide oversight for multiple line of business and functional governance forums to support providing visibility into operational performance and strategic priorities
  • Telling the Wholesale Lending Services Story - develop business content and provide "best in class" critical management level presentations for various stakeholder groups
  • Own and drive projects, initiatives and change management efforts with functional partners to support the delivery of wholesale lending operational excellence
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across functions, locations and lines of business including Finance, Risk, Human Resources
  • Acts as a strategic change agent across the global organization, ensuring strategic ideas take root and are implemented in alignment with Wholesale Lending Services goals

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Management Experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and partnering skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Transformational mindset; ability to initiate and implement change with the ability to research issues/problems and provide a 'solution-based' approach
  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously within team environment while adapting to change and ambiguity in the work environment
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (i.e. use of pivot tables, macros, etc.)
