Legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne seems to be set to follow through with his 1989 promise to perform a farewell tour and give up touring altogether.

Osbourne announced late in 1989 that he would be giving up life on the road, and while critics and friends of the Madman of Rock have been refusing to believe that he would quit altogether, he has apparently completed his farewell album and has lined up a theater tour.

No More Tears is set to be released through Sony Music on September 17, and will be followed up by a theater tour of the United States in the fall.

Also to be issued soon is a full-length videocassette titled Don’t Blame Me, which will span Osbourne’s entire career, from Black Sabbath days through to the promo vid for “No More Tears,” first single from the new album.
